Father God,
we pray this day giving thanks to you for all that you’ve done, doing, and will
continue to do for all people of all nations.
Father, bless those who have left their families and homes to assist
with the disaster recovery effort here in Savannah, Georgia, as well as all
areas effected by Hurricane Matthew.
Father, help us to see this world through the eyes of thy Spirit, the
Holy Ghost. Give us the strength we need
this day and always to sustain and rebuke the evil which dwells around us. Father, help us to be a blessing and witness
always unto others in hope that we too are building treasures in thy Heavenly
Kingdom rather than here on earth.
Father, send charity and compassion upon those who are in true need, and
conviction upon those who abuse the charity and compassion they’ve accepted and
received through lying and deceit.
Father, please help us to grow in thy perfect will and wisdom under the
direction, authority, and power of thy Holy Ghost. May we continue to share thy love, grace, and
mercy with everyone we meet this day and always. Father, put people within our presence and
path this day to witness and minister to in hope that they surrender unto the
will of thy Spirit and accept the salvation of thy son, Jesus Christ. Father, may we always continue to give you
all thanks, glory, honor, and praise this day and forevermore. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
