Father, let
us pray asking you to continue to give us thy wisdom and understanding when we
read thy holy scriptures. Father, please
write thy words to the tablet of our hearts and help us to bring those things
which we’ve been taught and learned to the outer limits of our flesh so that
others may see and witness the salvation that has been given unto us by thy son,
Jesus Christ. Father, help us to grow in
thy Spirit, the Holy Ghost, becoming more aware daily of the evil that surrounds
us giving us the ability to fight spiritually rather than carnally. Father, may we all grow in thy word and
Spirit. May we all start denying
ourselves and picking up our own cross and start following the examples of thy
son, Jesus Christ. Father, we know that
we are weak, but it’s by thy Spirit, Love, Grace, and Mercy that we can have
thy power and strength if we only subject ourselves to your perfect will for
our lives. Father, help us to be a
better witness unto others through thy Spirit.
Teach us how to bless others not expecting anything in return knowing
that we will be blessed for it. Father,
may you continue to have patience during our moments of ignorance and send thy
conviction and discipline when needed to get us back on the path of
righteousness before thee. Father, may
we always and forever give you thanks in all things you give us, let us do, and
let us say, and may we continue to give you all the glory, honor, and praise
this day and forevermore. In Jesus’
precious name we pray, Amen.
